Terms of Service — DigitalBoost

1. Agreement

By accessing or using DigitalBoost ("we", "us", "the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to purchase from DigitalBoost. You are responsible for ensuring our services are legal in your jurisdiction.

3. Products and services

We sell digital goods including in-game currency, codes, and boost services. All sales are for personal use only. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Delivery

Most digital codes are delivered within minutes of payment confirmation. Boost services begin within 24 hours of order placement. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

5. Refunds

Unused, undelivered orders are refundable. Once a code has been redeemed or a boost service has started, refunds are reviewed case by case. Contact support@digitalboost.hk to request a refund.

6. Account security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. For boost services, we use industry standard precautions, but we cannot guarantee against action taken by game publishers against your account.

7. Prohibited use

You may not resell our services, use them for fraud, chargeback abuse, or any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending orders.

8. Limitation of liability

DigitalBoost is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
